CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your scheduled appointment, as well as no-shows, will be subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of the scheduled service price. Payment: We accept Cash, Zelle, and Tap to Pay (credit/debit) as forms of payment. Late Policy: If you’re running late, please be mindful of your appointment time and communicate with us as soon as possible. If there is no communication within 30 minutes of your scheduled appointment time, your appointment will be canceled and your deposit will be forfeited. All lace clients: Please bring your lace/wig at least 2 days before your appointment for customization. Make sure your name and appointment time are attached to your wig. For reinstalls, please ensure your wig is completely clean, including the lace and hair, and free of any glue or product residue. Poor quality hair or lace will not be accepted (thick knots, thick laces, synthetic hair) Good quality lace = good quality install. Please make sure to select the correct add-ons when booking so that enough time can be allocated for your service. Example: If you would like to a wash to your service, please be sure to select the wash add-on when booking.
